OR - Operating Room

Opportunity:

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule working four 10-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call requirement
• 13-week contract duration
• Minimum 2 years of OR Circulator experience required
• Robotics experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning of patient care in the operating room
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technicians, and other personnel to provide patient care
• Ensure compliance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards, physician orders, policies, and procedures
• Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, timeliness of cases, communication with families, and updating physician preference cards
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care
