Job Details:

• 36 hours per week scheduled across three 12-hour shifts
• Day shift hours: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Varied shifts with primarily night shift need - schedule may include both days and nights
• Every other weekend shift required
• Holiday shifts possible
• No on-call or standby call requirements
• No floating requirements
• Schedule done in 4-week periods
• Acute care setting covering Inpatient, ER, and Outpatient areas
• Perform breathing treatments, draw ABGs, perform EKGs, and manage ventilators and BiPAPs
• Assist with intubation (not required to intubate independently)
• Treat primarily adult patients with occasional pediatric patients
• Must be able to work independently as the sole RT in-house due to low acuity
• ER physician always available on-call
• Charting system: EPIC
• RT equipment includes Hamilton T-1, ResMed Astral, and Fisher & Paykel Airvo
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC
• CRT is acceptable in lieu of RRT
• No dress code or scrub color requirements
