Med Surg RN Job in Healdton, OK

Mercy Hospital Healdton is seeking a Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in our float pool. You will work 3x12 hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week, with weekend hours as needed. This is a 91-day assignment starting October 19, 2026, with weekly pay of $1,962.

Your Role:

• Provide and document patient care using the nursing process
• Assess patients and document educational needs for patients and significant others
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans with identified problems, nursing diagnoses, interventions, and goals
• Perform patient handoffs using safety tools such as SBAR and Report at Bedside
• Communicate patient data with the multidisciplinary team and facilitate communication with physicians during rounds
• Participate in process improvement activities including data collection, in-services, and meetings
• Complete hospital and nursing competencies, mandatory in-services, and relevant certifications

Requirements:

• Current Oklahoma RN licensure
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Black scrubs required
