Operating Room RN Job in Overland Park, Kansas

You'll work as an RN in the Operating Room at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, providing direct patient care in a 1:1 ratio within the main hospital building. This is a travel position with a 91-day contract starting June 8, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) with call availability
• $2,102.40 weekly pay
• Set schedule with flexibility to work 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts based on unit needs

Your Role

You'll support a wide range of surgical procedures including abdominal, breast, cardiovascular, colon/rectal, dental, ear/nose/throat, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecological, joint replacement, maternal-fetal, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, orthopedic/sports medicine, pediatrics, plastic and reconstructive, robotics, spine, thoracic, trauma, urological, and vascular cases. Surgical and procedural experience is preferred but not required—new graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Environment

• Documentation via Meditech system
• Hospital-laundered scrubs provided by the department
• Floating policy: stays within OR except in rare circumstances
