Cath Lab Technologist

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rotating nights on call and weekend coverage required
• 7-8 days of call per month including one weekend
• 30-minute response time required for on-call situations
• Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience required
• Must hold BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT (R) certification required
• RCIS or RCES certification required - must be willing to apply for Colorado Fluoroscopy Operator registration with DORA before starting
• ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification preferred
• EP scrubbing experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Perform basic cath lab skills including scrubbing and monitoring
• Administer conscious moderate sedation
• Work with Philips equipment in 2 cath suites
• Use Meditech EMR and Mac Lab systems
• Work as part of a 5-technologist, 6-RN team
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations
