Cath Lab Technologist Job in Thornton, CO

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Thornton, Colorado. You will work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM, five days per week, in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures including left heart catheterization (LHC), right heart catheterization (RHC), percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures, pacemaker and ICD placements, cardioversions, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
• Operate GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
• Document and monitor patient information using the Meditech EMR system
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as part of the team, housed within 30 minutes of the facility
• On-call is divided evenly through a 4-week rotation, typically 8–12 call days per block, with weekend call required (typically one weekend per 4-week block when possible)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• RCIS or RCES certification
• Must be willing and able to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to start date
• ARRT (CI) or (CV) certification preferred
• Holding and monitoring experience preferred

Compensation and Assignment Details

Weekly pay: $2,660. Assignment starts September 7, 2026. Pre- and post-shift hours are variable, typically between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will work in a 3-to-1 staff-to-patient ratio environment.
