OT - OT Outpatient

Job Details:

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Patients are 55 and older
• EMR system: Epic experience required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• Billable hours: 36-40 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours, or 48 hours per week with overtime billable after 48 hours
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
• Orientation scheduled on Mondays
• Any years of previous experience accepted, first-time travelers welcome
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Iowa state license required
• Child and adult abuse mandatory reporter certification required
• Driver's license required
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submission date required
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
