Job Details:

• Rotating shift schedule working 5 x 8-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours
• 16-week contract assignment
• Two or more years of full-time OR RN experience prior to any travel assignments required
• Circulating experience required; scrub experience preferred
• Required case experience includes General Surgery, Trauma, Orthopedics, and Urology (Cystoscopies, Ureteroscopies, PCNLs, ESWL)
• Preferred case experience includes GYN, ENT, Neuro, Cardiac, and Robotics (DaVinci)
• Experience in a comparable size or type medical center (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred
• Provide surgical care for patients of all ages ranging from infants to geriatrics across a wide range of specialties
• Work with equipment including anesthesia machines, monitoring systems, suction, medical gases, airway equipment, cautery, heating and cooling devices, and code carts with adult and pediatric paddles
• May be floated to other areas within skillset based on operational needs
• Requested Time Off during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday
• Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required to apply
• Required certifications: Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS
• ASN or BSN required; BSN preferred
• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract
