OT (Occupational Therapist)

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour day shifts Monday through Thursday with Fridays off
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Treat approximately 12 patients per day
• Focus primarily on orthopedic patients (80-100%), including hands, elbows, and shoulders
• Also treat patients with CVA, MS, and head injuries
• Cover acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient orthopedic services
• Oregon license required
• BLS certification required
• Lymphedema training preferred
• Use ReDoc documentation system for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
• Work with rehab aides but no COTAs available
• Department-specific orientation provided
• Dress code: scrubs acceptable, no denim allowed
• BSN not required
