Job Details:

• Work under the direction and supervision of physical therapists to treat patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, massage, gait and balance training
• Record patients' progress and report results of each treatment to the supervising physical therapist
• Proactively build and manage caseloads using available patient referrals and treatment opportunities
• Meet facility productivity expectations while remaining onsite and available to work
• Make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete remaining treatments when clinically appropriate
• Communicate any barriers to completing treatment to facility leadership
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience required
• Texas or compact state license required
