Job Details:

• Work in a Critical Access Hospital setting across a variety of care environments including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and nursing home
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the State of Nebraska or a Compact State
• Active BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association required
• Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
• Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, with at least one from a supervisor
