Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 1:1 patient ratio
• On-call requirements include 2 twelve-hour call shifts per month and 3-4 call shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM per month
• Work in a 408-bed hospital with 14 operating rooms including 1 hybrid cardiovascular OR, 1 cystoscopy OR, and 12 multipurpose ORs
• Day shift staffing includes 14-16 RNs and 14-16 CSTs
• Perform procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine cases
• No transplant procedures performed
• Utilize standard OR equipment, Stryker video systems, and Meditech EMR
• Minimum of 1 year of current hospital experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with staff and providers required
• Patient experience is a priority
• Must be adaptable to change
