CT Technologist Job in Santa Fe, NM

CHRISTUS St Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts. You will work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three days per week, with weekend availability and on-call requirements. This is a full-time position with the possibility of floating to other locations as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine and advanced CT imaging procedures
• Support other imaging technologists and facilitate smooth patient flow
• Troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance and participate in quality assurance
• Resolve image processing and archiving issues
• Ensure completed exams are scanned and stored correctly in PACS
• Follow PACS downtime procedures and escalate issues to the PACS administrator as needed
• Adapt patient assessment and care methods to accommodate unique patient needs
• Participate in ongoing education and safety training within your scope of licensure

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or approved equivalent
• One of the following primary modality certifications: Radiography (R) by ARRT, Nuclear Medicine Technology by ARRT or NMTCB, or Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT or NMTCB
• CT certification required upon hire in New Mexico
• New Mexico State Licensure: CT or FUS by MIRTP NMED
• BLS certification via AHA
• Basic computer experience
• One year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

The facility uses EPIC for electronic medical records. You will demonstrate flexibility by adapting to other shifts and campuses as operational needs require.
