ICU Registered Nurse Job in Greenwood, SC

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its ICU in Greenwood, SC. This is a 91-day travel assignment running 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), with weekend rotation required.

Assignment Details:

• Weekly pay: $2,124
• Start date: October 19, 2026
• Shift: 3 nights per week, 12 hours each
• Location: Greenwood, SC (50-mile radius rule applies)

Requirements:

• Active SC RN license at time of submission (no pending licenses)
• Minimum 1.5 years ICU experience
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient ratio experience of 2:1
• Epic charting system experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications

Clinical Responsibilities:

You will care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. Your skills must include dysrhythmia interpretation and management, multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management, arterial and central line care, continuous IV sedation administration, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilator care, arterial blood gas interpretation, endotracheal and nasotracheal suctioning, and isolation precautions.

Common Patient Diagnoses:

• GI bleed, COPD exacerbation, cardiac and respiratory arrest
• Overdose, CIWA/withdrawal, neurosurgical and surgical cases
• Post-cardiac catheterization, end-of-life and comfort care
• Organ procurement, acute stroke, trauma, targeted temperature management

Special Procedures and Equipment:

• CT tube insertion, EVD drains, CRRT, acute stroke management
• Equipment: CRRT, Zoll targeted temperature management system, EKOS

Floating:

You may be required to float to CICU and other areas within the organization as clinical needs dictate.

Support Services:

You will have access to interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams.
