Job Details:

• Day shift position with variable start times depending on meeting schedules
• May require arriving before 7:00 AM or staying after 4:00 PM for meetings
• Serve as resource for troubleshooting during call coverage
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• 5+ years of operating room nursing experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Operating room leadership and trauma experience required
• Strong understanding of current AORN Guidelines and evidence-based practice required
• Experience with TJC and DOH surveys and regulatory preparedness
• Lead KPI results for turnaround times and first case on-time starts
• Manage new project roll-outs and sustained compliance
• Experience managing in collective bargaining department
• Proficiency with UKG/Kronos/Workday/staff scheduling systems
• Ability to provide direct patient care in the operating room
• HRO training preferred
• Possibility of temporary to permanent position
