Electrophysiology Technician Job in Ft. Walton Bch, FL

You will work as an Electrophysiology Technician at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 4, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• STEMI call approximately 10–12 days per month with self-scheduling available
• Weekly pay: $2,248.40

Role Responsibilities

• Manage 7 holding beds and maintain appropriate patient ratios in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Float between EP and Stress Lab departments as needed
• Operate specialized equipment including GE Innova and Impella systems
• Use MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
• Assist with procedures including TAVR, PFO, Atherectomy, PCI, right/left heart catheterization, Impella/IABP, implants, DCCV, and TEE

Required Experience and Credentials

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Cath Lab experience with Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, and FFR skills
• Advanced procedural skills in PCI, PFO, Impella, and IABP
