Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Avon, IN

IU Health West Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Avon, Indiana. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule, 5 days per week with 8-hour shifts.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 12, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,881
• Shift: 5x8 days

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Allied Health Professional credential

In this role, you will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate imaging equipment, and assist physicians in diagnosing patient conditions through nuclear medicine procedures. You will maintain detailed records, follow radiation safety protocols, and provide professional patient care in a clinical hospital setting.
