Radiation Therapist Job in Northridge, CA

You'll work as a Radiation Therapist at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, an acute care facility in Northridge, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment running Monday through Friday, 8 hours per shift, with day hours and no on-call duties.

Your Role

You will deliver radiation therapy to 10–20 patients daily, using advanced treatment planning and delivery systems. Your work involves precise patient positioning, imaging, and dose administration under established protocols. You'll document all patient interactions and treatment details in the Cerner charting system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• ARRT certification (Certified Radiation Therapist – ARRT [T])
• BLS Certification
• California License in Radiation Therapy
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology

Required Technical Skills

• Varian Systems experience, including Aria and Eclipse
• Elekta, MS4, Teletracker, and Patient Select
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
