Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech; Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)

Job Details:

• 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Possible float to like units within scope to meet facility needs
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must be registered in both Radiography (ARRT)(R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT)(C)
• Required certifications: SCRQSA, BLS, and ACLS (pending accepted if obtained within 2-3 weeks of hire)
• Experience highly preferred in Emergency, Trauma, Pediatrics, Orthopedic exams in both modalities, Siemens equipment, Epic, and PACS
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency prior to start
• Scrub color: Teal blue top, black bottoms
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking cost applies for nights and weekends only; one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
• Provide quality imaging and patient care within X-ray and CT modalities
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure competency in procedures being performed
• Produce images for the interpretation and/or request of a licensed practitioner
• Serve patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Patient diagnoses include STEMI, Stroke/CVA, Cardiac, and Trauma cases
• Perform procedures including abdomen, chest, pelvis, head, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, soft tissue neck, musculoskeletal trauma, vascular CTA, and more
• Utilize Siemens X-ray and Siemens CT equipment
• Travel experience required
