Respiratory Therapist Job in Bradenton, FL

You will work as a Respiratory Therapist at HCA Florida Blake Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center in Bradenton, Florida. This is a backfill travel position for 91 days, beginning October 20, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in an active respiratory unit
• Operate and manage equipment including Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• Document and communicate within the Meditech electronic medical record system
• Work in accordance with facility policy, including rotating weekend and holiday assignments
• Expect to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees

Schedule and Compensation

You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM). Weekly pay is $1,512.

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NRP or STABLE certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 or more years of respiratory therapy experience
• ICU experience
• Meditech electronic medical record experience
