Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Weekend rotation schedule required
• On-call responsibilities required if low census
• 2+ years of current CCU experience required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Prior Cerner experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required
• Must demonstrate clear oral expression and communication skills, including active listening and speaking clearly
• Strong deductive and inductive reasoning skills required
• Ability to write clearly and utilize technology including electronic medical records (EMR)
• Must demonstrate selective attention and ability to concentrate for extended periods
• Ability to shift between multiple tasks and activities effectively
• Manual dexterity required to manage IV tubing, syringes, and other equipment
• Medication calculation and information ordering skills required
• Ability to work with diverse patient and staff populations with sensitivity to cultural and spiritual influences impacting patient care
• Ability to efficiently manage time with minimal supervision
