CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Lead CT Tech role
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Experience with McKesson charting system required
• Community hospital experience required
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and within scope of practice
• Perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, lumbar, thoracic, cervical, and musculoskeletal trauma scans
• Conduct advanced procedures including brain perfusion, carotid imaging, vascular CTA, and coronary CTA
• Perform interventional procedures including aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and myelography
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Start peripheral IVs
• Operate Siemens and GE equipment
• Work with PACS system
• Provide care for patient age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in a department with a daily caseload of 80-90 patients over 24 hours across 2 rooms
• Practice radiation safety protocols
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, and Maryland license
