Description
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:45 PM to 8:15 AM
• 36 hours offered per week
• No call requirement
• No float requirement
• Daily caseload of 150-200 scans across 4 rooms
• Typical caseload for one tech in a 12-hour shift is 15-20 patients
• Work in a very fast-paced emergency department environment performing routine ED scans, Code Stroke, and Level 2 trauma cases
• Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Treat patients across all age groups: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must be proficient with Siemens FORCE scanner - candidates without Siemens FORCE experience will not be considered
• GE scanner experience also required
• Required skills: inpatient, ER, Adult ICU
• Preferred skills: outpatient, IV starts, PACS, contrast, Visage
• Charting system: Epic (required)
• Unit systems: Epic, Visage
• Scrubs: Royal Blue
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)(CT)
