Job Details:

• Schedule options: 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
• 4 call shifts required per 6 weeks
• 40 orientation hours
• Minimum 3 years of experience required; travel experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Scrub experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Neuro experience required – adult experience accepted
• Required surgery cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, and ENT
• Pediatric population includes neonates, infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and some adults
• Equipment used: Stealth, DaVinci, ROSA
• Charting system: Cerner (preferred)
• Floating is required – candidates may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital
• Indiana license and certifications must be in hand prior to submission
• Required certification: BLS
