ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a travel assignment at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. You will work on the medical-surgical unit providing direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

About This Role

• Deliver comprehensive patient care on a medical-surgical nursing unit
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records
• Assist patients with education and discharge planning

Assignment Details

• Position: RN – Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Location: Nashville, TN
• Facility: Skyline Medical Center
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $1,918.44

You bring an active RN license, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
