Opportunity:

RN - Orthopedics

Job Details:

• 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Weekend coverage every other weekend, subject to change based on need
• Floating required as needed to like units based on skill set
• Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedics specialty required
• Travel experience required - does not accept first-time travelers
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Teaching and community hospital experience preferred
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Patient ratio experience of 6 patients
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Must have active Tennessee RN license or multistate license
• Medication system: Omnicell
• Skills required include: accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, central line blood draw, colostomy/ileostomy management and care, feeding tube care and management, orthopedic trauma, peripheral nerve block catheters, PICC line management, total joint replacement, telemetry, starting and maintaining IVs, and peripheral line care and management
