CVOR Technologist

Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 4x10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly
• On-call as needed
• 13-week assignment
• Work in the cardiovascular operating room assisting surgeons by preparing the surgical field and passing instruments and supplies during surgery
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure the smooth flow of procedures
• Assist in turning over OR rooms to keep surgical cases flowing
• Unit consists of 4 ORs
• Must have strong cardiac surgery skills and thoracic daVinci experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the CVOR setting required
• CST Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology required
• BLS certification required
• EMR system: Cerner
• Hospital-issued scrubs provided
