Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care

Job Details:

• 36 or 48 hours per week considered
• Float position supporting multiple units including ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab
• May float to Med Surg, Telemetry, Surgical/Ortho, PCU, ER, psych, and inpatient rehab units
• May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to ER depending on experience
• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit while providing leadership within the nursing team
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Stepdown experience required; critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current AR or Compact State RN license in good standing required
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Must reside outside of 50-mile local radius
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
