PCU RN Job in Barberton, OH

You'll work as an RN on a 24-bed mixed acuity progressive care unit at Barberton Campus, providing direct patient care on the night shift. This role focuses on medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring, including those with cardiovascular treatment plans involving medication drips and neurological patients requiring frequent NIH assessments.

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Assignment length: 91 days
• Start date: October 18, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,197
• Patient ratios: 1:5 to 1:6

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recent PCU or Telemetry experience
• Strong telemetry background required
• Epic and Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months (must be listed on resume)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH
• Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE

Important Position Details

• Float required across the unit
• Interviews are required for this position
• No block-scheduling requests accepted
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off approved during the assignment
• No requested time off approved during the first two weeks
