Physical Therapist Job in Hoover, AL

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role offers the opportunity to build your skills while contributing to meaningful patient outcomes.

Schedule and Hours

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (days)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval prior to scheduling

Clinical Expectations

• Productivity target of 60 visits per week
• You will see 12 to 14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is part of the workflow
• Float to other clinic locations as needed
