Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• On-call schedule with 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month required
• Must be available to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed
• Billable overtime applies between 36-40 hours per week depending on unit guidelines
• 16 non-billable orientation hours included
• EMR system: Epic
• Unit bed size: 14
• Equipment used: DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa robotics systems
• DaVinci robotics experience required
• Experience with Mako and Rosa robotics is a nice to have
• General surgery experience required
• Vascular experience preferred
• Minimum 36 months of current and recent surgical tech experience required
• Must have completed at least one travel contract within the past 12 months - no first-time travelers
• NBSTSA certificate required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NBSTSA
• Skills checklist specific to CST/Surgical Tech discipline required
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred
• Valid driver's license required
