Telemetry RN Job in Newton, IA

MercyOne Newton Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning September 14, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care on our Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients with ongoing cardiovascular needs. Your clinical expertise and attention to detail will be essential to ensuring safe, quality outcomes for your patients.

Schedule

• 3x12 night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every third weekend required
• Every other holiday schedule required

Compensation & Duration

You will receive $2,007.72 per week for this 90-day assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established facility while maintaining a predictable schedule.

Qualifications

You must hold an active RN license valid in Iowa. Telemetry experience is expected. You should be comfortable with night-shift operations and the flexibility that comes with every-third-weekend and every-other-holiday scheduling.
