Emergency Department RN Job in Greeley, CO

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Banner North Colorado Medical Center, located at 1801 16th St in Greeley, CO. This is a travel assignment lasting 87 days, starting July 27, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights
• Every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation
• Weekly pay: $2,537

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural needs, and discharge planning
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data; report abnormal results to physicians and caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical directives
• Delegate and supervise health care team members, both licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching; revise the plan of care as needed
• Document assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in patient records
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership; support staff education, role development, and orientation
• May float to support additional facility locations as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and stretching
• Use standard precautions due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license
• Colorado CAPS required
• Minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting, with experience in the Emergency Department within the past 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH
• Telemetry verification required upon arrival at facility
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
