About this role

You will work as an Interventional Radiology Technologist at St Josephs Medical Center in Stockton, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,980.80 on a 3x12 day shift schedule.

Role Overview

You will support a 4-room Cath Lab and IR suite environment, managing an average of 15–20 cases per day. Your responsibilities include patient care assistance, equipment setup and operation, and documentation in the Cerner charting system. You will work in a STEMI-receiving center with a high volume of acute coronary cases.

Your Experience Must Include

  • Coronary and peripheral circulation procedures
  • Balloon pump (IABP) and Impella device experience
  • Comfort working with critically ill patients
  • Familiarity with interventional equipment including laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, FFR, and angiojet

Schedule and Expectations

You will work 12-hour day shifts on an every-other-weekend schedule. A first-to-float policy is in effect, though you will not float to other units. You will receive 1–2 days of unit orientation. Call requirements include a 30-minute response time for on-call coverage.

Required Credentials and Knowledge

  • ARRT certification
  • BLS certification
  • Fluoroscopy certification
  • Merge Hemo system experience (bonus)
  • Siemens or Phillips equipment familiarity (helpful but not required)

Scrubs are provided in teal blue. This role is ideal if you have solid IR and Cath Lab experience and are ready to contribute to a busy, high-acuity environment.
