Job Details:

• Perform assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of patient care within scope of practice
• Provide education to patients according to their individual needs
• Transcribe, utilize, and implement protocols and physician orders
• Coordinate healthcare team and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
• Previous experience in a clinical nursing setting preferred
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Must have current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Nursing
• Must have current, valid BLS certification
• Must obtain ACLS certification within six months
• Must obtain PALS certification within six months
• Must obtain TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) within six months
• ENPC (Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course) or ATCN (Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses) highly recommended
• Must obtain current, valid NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification within six months
• Must certify in an approved de-escalation program within six months
• Must complete procedural sedation module within six months
• Must receive QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training within one year
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills required
• Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision
