Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Cover two clinic locations: Grangeville and Kooskia (25 miles from Grangeville)
• Combined 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage
• 40 hours per week with rotating weekends (less than once per month)
• Monday through Friday with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts and 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Treat patients of all ages with general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, worker's compensation, and trauma
• Wound care responsibilities if certified
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Valid Idaho state license preferred at time of submission
• 2 references required within specialty being submitted for
