Physical Therapist Job in Twin Falls, ID

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment at St Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This home health position begins July 20, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide in-home physical therapy services across a service area spanning 50 miles east and west, approximately 60 miles north to Sun Valley, and 40 miles south to the Idaho-Nevada border. You have the flexibility to start your shift from home without stopping at an office first.

Schedule and Compensation

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends or holidays required. Weekly pay is $2,931. The assignment runs 91 days with a cancellation policy allowing up to 4 shifts per 13-week period.

Clinical Responsibilities

You will see 4 to 6 patients daily, managing a multidisciplinary caseload of primarily adult patients. Approximately 78% are Medicare patients, including elderly, rehabilitation, cerebrovascular accident (CVA), and inpatient surgical referrals. Your clinical focus covers orthopedic, surgical, and wound cases (lymphedema not included). You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays to discuss current admissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate physical therapy experience
• Home health experience required; post-graduate home health experience preferred
• Orthopedic experience required
• BLS certification (AHA)
• First-time travelers welcome

Orientation and Documentation

You will complete department-specific orientation including Epic training classes and up to one week of shadowing with another therapist. Documentation is performed using Epic with remote client access.
