Interventional Radiology RN Job in York, PA

WellSpan York Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology on a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 31, 2026. You will work 4x10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Schedule: You will earn $2,981.38 per week. On-call coverage is required with a 30-minute response time for off-shift and weekend needs. Holiday coverage and weekend shifts are assigned as needed. You may float to other areas based on department census. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract is permitted.

Required Experience and Credentials: You must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with demonstrated background in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC only) are required. EPIC charting system experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities and Skills: In this role, you will perform and assist with Interventional Radiology procedures including angioplasty, carotid stenting, upper and lower extremity angiography, and vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose). You will monitor patients for dysrhythmias, manage and interpret cardiac rhythm changes, remove sheaths and monitor access sites, and ensure radiation and laser safety compliance. You will also assess and prevent pressure ulcers and use the Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale for patient monitoring.

Facility Information: WellSpan York Hospital is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. You will chart in EPIC and work within a structured interventional radiology department.
