Cath Lab Technologist Job in Peoria, IL

OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL is seeking an Allied Health Professional to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab as a Cath Lab Technologist. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of November 16, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts with on-call rotation
• On-call duties typically 8–9 shifts per month with 30-minute response time
• Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call requirements on rotating basis
• Primary charge nurse coverage runs 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• No floating to other units required

Your Role

You will perform scrub, hemodynamic monitoring, and circulating duties in a 6-suite cath lab department that averages 10–15 cases daily. The lab operates separately from Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology. Cardiologists are on call 24/7 year-round to support your team.

Requirements

• Previous cath lab experience required
• Active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Current ARRT, BLS, and IEMA certifications
• Pediatrics experience preferred but not required
• McKesson Cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required

System & Support

You will work with EPIC EMR, PACS, and McKesson systems. Orientation typically lasts 3–5 days with 12 non-billable hours provided. The hospital supplies scrubs.
