Cath Lab Technologist Job in Rockford, IL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Swedish American in Rockford, Illinois. This is a travel position running 89 days, starting October 26, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $3,611
• 1–2 call nights per week required
• On-call coverage every 3rd to 4th weekend

Role Responsibilities

You will perform both scrub and monitoring roles in the Cath Lab. Your responsibilities include scrubbing and monitoring devices and ablations. Approximately 40% of Cath Lab cases are radiology-based, so you will manage both Interventional Radiology cases and cardiology cases. On-call coverage for Interventional Radiology modality is required.

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential
• ARRT certification required
• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
• IR skills checklist required for submission
• Ability to perform roles for both Interventional Radiology cases and cardiology cases preferred

You must be prepared for an active on-call schedule and the ability to manage multiple modalities. This role is open to travel candidates only; no local candidates within 50 miles are considered.
