PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Home health physical therapy position covering four counties: Cherokee, Spartanburg, Union, and a portion of Greenville
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 5x8 shift structure
• Guaranteed hours based on hours signed
• No on-call requirements
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient locations
• Must float within scope to meet facility needs
• Treat patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must have PT Home Health experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, PT State License
• Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to start date
• EPIC experience preferred but not required
• All requested time off must be included on initial submission; requests after the fact will not be considered
• Attendance policy in effect: missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation
