Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Job in Conway, AR

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at Conway Regional Medical Center in Conway, Arkansas. You will work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, with weekend shifts required. Weekly pay is $2,125.44.

About the Role

You will rotate through multiple units including NICU, ICU, Emergency Room, floor work, nursery, and other departments. Your responsibilities will include ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway management, respiratory treatments, suctioning, arterial blood gas (ABG) collection, and electrocardiography (EKG). You must have experience with high-risk deliveries and be proficient in bedside pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Arkansas RRT state license
• CRT or RRT credential
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred

Essential Skills and Experience

• Nursery experience including RAM cannula, Vapotherm, and heated nasal cannulas
• Adult critical care experience with BiPAP, CPAP, bubble CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula
• Intubation assistance and tracheostomy care
• Weaning from mechanical ventilation
• Meditech charting system experience preferred

Assignment Details

You must reside more than 100 miles from the facility. Scrub colors are ceil blue and/or black. Holiday work is expected. This is a direct travel position with ADEX Healthcare Staffing, offering you the flexibility and professional growth that comes with temporary healthcare assignments.
