MRI Technologist Job in Arlington, VA

Virginia Hospital Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Arlington, VA. You will work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, five days per week, with 8.5-hour shifts.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate Siemens Skyra 3T, Siemens Sola 1.5T, and GE Signa HDx 1.5T MRI equipment
• Provide MRI services for adult acute care and outpatient patients
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and compliance standards
• Complete EPIC system training prior to your start date (accelerated or 2-day format)

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia license in hand at the time of application
• ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of MRI technologist experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in adult acute care and adult outpatient MRI protocols
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: October 5, 2026
• Shift: 5x8 nights (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM)
• Weekly pay: $2,861

Please note that time off requests should be kept to a minimum, and you may be required to work some holidays. You will need to complete your EPIC training before beginning your assignment.
