Med Surg RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

Nacogdoches Medical Center is seeking a Med Surg RN for a 12-hour day shift position. You will work from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., providing direct clinical care to assigned patients and supporting the facility's nursing leadership team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

This 11-week contract runs from October 26, 2026. You will earn $2,125.44 per week as an RN on the Med Surg unit. The role is ideal if you are looking for a focused assignment in a medical-surgical setting where you can contribute to patient outcomes and support your nursing team.
