X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• 5x8 shift schedule
• Weekend coverage required: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 40-hour orientation period
• Daily caseload of 30-75 patients per day working alongside another technologist
• Work in an outpatient center serving walk-in patients, fluoroscopy including Modified Barium Swallows and urodynamics
• Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, and adults
• Potential for post-mortem X-rays
• Special equipment includes Konica U-arm, Phillips, EOS, OEC, Dornier, and Zheim
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Free parking available
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT (R)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Indiana license required; pending license acceptable for submission
• Proficiency with a wide range of radiologic procedures required including portable procedures, C-arm, fluoroscopy, trauma cases, and pediatric imaging
