X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday shift schedule with weekend requirements
• Rotate weekly through outpatient ortho, surgery, fluoro, and portables
• Work alongside a team of 8-10 techs on day shifts
• Serve adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations including transplant and cancer patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking available
• Charting system: Cerner (preferred experience)
• Floating within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals is required
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, Indiana state license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Required skills include: portable and bedside procedures, C-arm, fluoroscopy, PACS, contrast media preparation and administration, operating room, and a full range of radiographic examinations including chest, spine, extremities, abdomen, and GI procedures
