Physical Therapist Job in Richland, WA

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Richland, WA. This position offers you the opportunity to treat a diverse outpatient patient population in a fast-paced, productivity-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver physical therapy services to 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Manage double-booked follow-up visits as part of your daily schedule
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure patient outcomes

Schedule and Hours

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (days)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Any overtime must be approved by the director in advance

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist credential with valid licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• New graduates are not considered for this role
• Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) will be considered
