Med Surg RN Job in Greeley, CO

You will work as an RN on the Med Surg unit at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, providing direct patient care, care coordination, and delegation within a team-based environment. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 89-week duration, starting August 17, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,310.30.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess and care for medical, oncology, and telemetry patients, including ability to read telemetry strips
• Evaluate patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural needs and discharge planning requirements
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient assessment data and medical orders
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate activities, and supervise health care team members
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising the plan as needed
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record accurately and timely
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and contribute to improvement of nursing quality indicators and outcomes
• May precept and mentor other staff members
• Float to support Loveland Campus or BFC as needed

Requirements:

• Valid RN license with CO CAPS clearance
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting, with experience within the past 12 months
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Compliance with standard precautions due to exposure risk to blood and bodily fluids

Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred. Schedule includes every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation.
