Med Surg RN Job in Walsenburg, CO

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the acute medical-surgical unit at Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Walsenburg, Colorado. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, nights only
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule
• $1,955.23 weekly

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in med/surg, acute care, or ECU
• Current BLS certification required
• RN degree required

Assignment Details

You must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position. The role focuses on acute medical-surgical nursing, providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Your night shift work will support the continuity of care across the weekend cycle.
