About this role

You'll work as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado. This is a 3x12 night shift position with an 87-week duration, starting August 24, 2026. You'll earn $2,310.30 weekly.

About the Role

You'll provide direct patient care to medical, oncology, and telemetry patients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural needs and discharge planning requirements
  • Formulating and implementing individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and the medical plan of care
  • Reading telemetry strips and monitoring patient responses to treatment
  • Providing direct patient care, coordinating activities, delegating tasks, and supervising health care team members
  • Evaluating patient and family responses to care and teaching, revising the plan as needed
  • Documenting assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in patient records
  • Participating in unit shared leadership and contributing to improvement of national nursing quality indicators and outcomes
  • Precepting and mentoring staff members as appropriate

Work Schedule and Requirements

You'll work every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation. You may be required to float to the Loveland Campus or BFC as needed. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently, and may be required to lift up to 75 pounds. Standard precautions are required due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.

Qualifications

You must hold a valid RN license with Colorado CAPS clearance. Current BLS and NIHSS certifications are required. You need a minimum of one year of acute care hospital experience, with experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months. A bachelor's degree and professional certification are preferred.
